This refreshing drink is not only good for the tummy and digestion due to the cultured milk added, but also great for removing oiliness after meals as matcha powder is added.
绿茶乳酸饮料 (Matcha Cultured Milk Drink)
recipe translated and adapted from Carol 的 30 道沁凉好味
serves 3
Ingredients:
300g cultured milk drink (I used 3 bottles of original flavoured Vitagen)
1/2 tbspn matcha powder (you can add more if you prefer stronger matcha taste)
some ice cubes
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a shaker and give it a good shake. (I do not have a shaker, so used my blender to give it a good blitz)
2. Pour the mixture into serving glass and serve immediately.
