Giraffe Patches Bread Loaf

This is another loaf bread that was very popular a while back. Finally found some time to bake a loaf and I'm super happy to see giraffe patches in my bread!!

Here's presenting my Giraffe Patches Bread Loaf!

Watermelon Raisin Loaf

Watermelon bread loaf had been very popular for a period of time. To give my girl a surprise for Children's Day, I decided to adapt the tried and tested Wu Bao Chun bread recipes I've been using to make a Watermelon Raisin Loaf.

Sweet Corn Loaf

My friend Agnes has asked me for corn bread recipe as her son loves it. I've shared the Corn Bread Loaf recipe I used but I thought the corn taste may be a little too subtle for her son. So I experimented further and tweaked the recipe and the outcome...Thumbs up! My hubby and daughter tried it and both preferred this new version!

Pumpkin Soya Bread Loaf (Oven-baked in a Pullman tin)

I've some left over pumpkin in the fridge after cooking pumpkin rice for lunch and was deliberating whether to use it to bake a cake or a loaf of bread. Finally decided to use it together with some soya milk to make a Pumpkin Soya Bread Loaf by adapting the Wu Bao Chun's (吴宝春) Champion Bread Loaf I did earlier.

Champion Carrot Walnut Loaf (Oven-baked in a Pullman tin)

I'm so glad I've invested in my Zojiroshi breadmaker. I've never imagined baking bread before owning one, not even mentioning how easy and fuss-free it is. Whenever I'm feeling lazy, I will just put all the ingredients in my breadmaker and let it do its wonders.
