Nutella Chiffon Cake

Nutella Chiffon Cake is one of my go-to cakes if I want a chiffon cake that will be well received, especially among children. I just realised recently that I have not documented the recipe that I always use. So here it is...

This is a very simple cake to make. Try it...you won't regret it!

Nutella Swirl Peanut Butter Muffins

I was staring at my bottle of peanut butter and wondering what I could 'transform' it into for a yummy tea-break. Ta-da!! Decided to marry it with the other ingredients in my pantry to have a lovey Nutella Swirl Peanut Butter Muffins for afternoon snack.

Nutella Butter Cookies

The melt-in-the-mouth butter cookies I baked recently was very well received. My hands got 'itchy' over the weekend and since I want to finish up the bottle of my favourite NUTELLA, I decided to make another batch of butter cookies but this time, added with nutella!

Frozen Banana Nutella Yogurt

The weather is just hot, hot, hotter. I've made another batch of cold snack for the family using ingredients available in the house - Frozen Banana Nutella Yogurt.

Not only does it score high in taste and nutritional value (well, it's banana and greek yogurt!), it is also super easy to make! Just throw everything into the blender and blend. Yes, it's that easy! It's totally optional but I've also added some banana chips to give this frozen yogurt an extra texture.

Nutella Peanut-Butter Banana Smoothie

This is the first day after a sad week of national mourning for the demise of Singapore's founding father, Mr Lee Kuan Yew.

Till now it's still difficult to accept that he is gone. For the past week, the nation was united in grief and there was an overwhelming outpouring of grief, sorrow and sadness over his departure. Many braved the elements to pay their respects at the Parliament House, where Mr Lee's body was Lying-In-State, while many more paid respects at the various tribute sites to thank him and also wish that his soul rest in peace as he re-unite with his beloved Mrs Lee.

Nutella Swirl Chocolate Banana Muffins

Other than a small batch of blueberry muffins, I also baked a batch of these fragrant and yummy muffins for my girl's gathering with her pre-school friends over the weekend. It would have been my usual chocolate banana muffins except that I decided to add in some nutella swirls to the muffins this time round.

Doraemon Doriyaki

If you watch Doraemom, you will know that this super cute robot cat's favourite sweet treat is Dorayaki. Dorayaki is basically a Japanese pancake sandwich. The original Dorayaki contains red bean paste, but it has become so versatile that other fillings like Nutella, jam, ice cream, etc are used to sandwich the two pancakes.
