Kuih Binka Ubi or Baked Tapioca Cake is one of my favourite nonya delicacy and I'm so glad that I've finally attempted baking it after finally chancing tapioca sold at the supermarket.

Moo Moo Chocolate Snowskin Mooncake
I've finally found time to make some snowskin mooncake for this year's mid autumn festival. I made a duo-coloured snowskin and thought it looked like moo-moo cows. Used store bought chocolate lotus paste and snowskin premix flour from Phoon Huat this time round.

Chempedak Magic Custard Cake

I was attracted to the fragrance of these 'Durian Chempedak' while doing my grocery shopping. I've never included chempedak in my bake and I thought...why not give it a try?!

Kaya Pancake

Homemade Kaya
So far I've only used my Zojiroshi bread maker for making bread dough, pizza dough and baking bread. I finally made use of its 'Jam' function to make myself some healthy and delicious Homemade Kaya recently.
