Jumping onto the bandwagon to make this Viral Japanese Yogurt Cheescake.
It's really easy and you only need 2 ingredients to make this.
No baking, no cooking, just assemble and chill for around 6 hours. Yes, it is that easy!

Viral Japanese Yogurt Cheesecake
Ingredients:
I tub of greek yogurt (any flavour will do. I used plain yogurt with a tinge of vanilla bean)
1 packet Biscoff biscuits 190g
Method:
1. Place biscuits into the yogurt. (You can either put directly into the tub of yogurt or scoop the yogurt into another smaller container if you want to make smaller portions)
2. Cover the top of the biscuits with a thin layer of yogurt.
3. Cover with lid or cling wrap and chill in the fridge for around 6 hours or more.
4. Enjoy!
