I've recently bought a few bottles of Ice-Cream Soda from the supermarket and made myself a really uplifting and refreshing drink amidst this hot weather.
My hubby and I had tried to 'concoct' various versions of the 'Sparkling Iced Plum Drink' that we had when we were at a friend's place for the Lunar New Year celebrations many years back. We really loved the drink and tried to replicate it using Sprite and 7-Up with the plum powder that's available at the local supermarket.
