Grape Greek Yogurt Smoothie....a super cool, refreshing and healthy drink to have on a hot day (or night).
I used greek style yogurt because of its great nutritional value and for the good amount of calcium we need.
The purple grapes from Korea are in season and I bought a pack of those and used some to make this smoothie. I was told purple fruits and vegetables for good for the eyes, so using purple grapes should be great for the eyes too!
Love the beautiful purple colour once I blitz all the ingredients in the blender! Love the drink even more as it's really refreshing and so full of goodness.
Thumbs up!!
