Nutella Chiffon Cake

Nutella Chiffon Cake is one of my go-to cakes if I want a chiffon cake that will be well received, especially among children. I just realised recently that I have not documented the recipe that I always use. So here it is...

This is a very simple cake to make. Try it...you won't regret it!

Cream Cheese Chiffon Cake

I love chiffon cakes. Not only is it such a light cake, it is also a very versatile cake as you can transform a basic chiffon into many and any flavour you want.

I have some cream cheese left over from a previous bake and decided to use it to make a Cream Cheese Chiffon Cake.

I made my first Earl Grey Chiffon Cake few years ago using the recipe from Happy Home Baking. After seeing Diana's recipe post a while back on Earl Grey Chiffon Cake, I was tempted to make this cake again and had her recipe bookmarked.

Banana Chiffon Cake

What do you do with ripened bananas? I used them to make a Banana Chiffon Cake using the technique borrowed in making Basic Sponge Cake here and here and also the Pandan Chiffon Cake.

This is definitely one of the lightest and softest banana chiffon cakes I've eaten!

Pandan Chiffon Cake

This is one of my favourite chiffon cakes - Pandan Chiffon Cake

It is a soft and light cake that is accompanied by a wonderfully rich pandan-coconut fragrance. Such a simple but delicious cake, Pandan Chiffon Cake is very popular among tourists who come to Singapore and many would buy some back from Bengawan Solo.

Mango Chiffon Cupcake

One of the up sides of home bakes is you get to choose what you want included in your bakes. Other than Hokkaido Chiffon Cupcakes, I've not done any chiffon cakes in the form of cupcakes. This is a chiffon that has one of my favourite fruit added...Mango

Yes, it's mango season and I've made Mango Chiffon Cupcake!

Hokkaido Chiffon Cupcake

Hokkaido Chiffon Cupcake started to be very popular a few years ago. I remembered a pack of 6 from Polar would cost S$12. I would buy them as my hubby loved custard....until my friend shared with me a Hokkaido Chiffon recipe.
