Salted Caramel Ice-Cream

Now that I've made myself some Salted Caramel Sauce, what better way to use it than to make some Salted Caramel Ice-Cream!!

The beauty of homemade ice-cream - you get to decide the ingredients and amount of sweetness to your desserts. What are you waiting for? Go make a tub of this to indulge in! :)

Salted Caramel Ice-Cream

300ml heavy cream
4 tbspn salted caramel sauce
2 tbspn condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Handful of pretzel, roughly broken up
Handful of walnut, roughly chopped (can also add pecans)
Handful of chocolate chips
Some salted caramel sauce for drizzling

1. Place heavy cream, salted caramel sauce, condensed milk and vanilla extract in a blender and give a good blitz.

2. Pour the mixture into your ice-cream mould/container and mix in the pretzel, walnut and chocolate chips.

3. Swirl in some salted caramel sauce.

4. Chill in freezer for at least 6 hours.
