Blueberry Yogurt Popsicle

I've been making popsicles every other week. There will always be some popsicles in my freezer ready for our dessert or when we just want to beat the heat.

I've bought some bottles of Meiji yogurt as they were on offer (so 'auntie', right? hahaha!!). I made sure I took the berry flavoured ones as I wanted to make Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles this time round to finish up the blueberries in my fridge.

This is a very simple, healthy and yummy snack to make ahead. Just blitz everything in a blender, pour in the popsicle mold and freeze. After a few hours, you can then enjoy the fruits of your 'labour'...actually no hard work at all!

Blueberry Yogurt Popsicle

Ingredients:
125g blueberries (can add more if desired)
125g Meiji mixed berries yogurt
3 tbspn dairy whipping cream
1 cup milk
Some honey (to taste)

Method:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth.

2. As there are alot of bubbles on the surface of the blueberry mixture, spoon the bubbles away.

3. Pour the blueberry mixture into the popsicle molds.

4. Cover with the lid and chill in the freezer for at least 6 hours.

5. When ready to serve, run the sides of the popsicle molds under running tap water and then pull each popsicle out gently.

6. Enjoy!
