This has been on my to-do list for the longest time. I'm finally making this really Hearty Mushroom Soup for the family to enjoy.

Here's my other attempt on Soya Tarts using store-bought packet soya milk and gelatine powder. My previous attempt uses store-bought packet soya milk and instant jelly powder.

Japanese Cheesecake

My husband especially loves cheesecake. But not the dense baked cheesecakes or the non-baked chilled cheesecakes. His favourite is those soft cottony Japanese cheesecakes.
