Mango Pudding in a Jar

I bought these really cute jars recently and thought of making mango puddings in them to enjoy.

Mango Mochi

I've been craving for mangoes and bought a few from the supermarket. After downing one, I decided to use the remaining mangoes to make a really delectable snack for my family. 

Mango Sago Pomelo (杨枝甘露)

One of my favourite dessert dish that I will order whenever I patronise dessert houses would be Mango Sago Pomelo (杨枝甘露). I've been making this myself using the recipe here in the past. Since it's mango season now, I'm making another batch of this refreshing dessert by adding honey instead of sugar syrup.

Mango Tofu Cheesecake and Cheese Tart

My darling girl turned 9 yesterday. As it's the mango season and she absolutely loves mangoes, I've decided to make her a Mango Tofu Cheese Tart to surprise her on her birthday.
