Toffee & Honeycomb Yogurt Muesli Parfait

I have a few friends over my place and since I have some Gippsland Dairy Yogurt and Arnold's Farm Muesli on hand, I made some parfaits for snacks.

What is a parfait? Traditionally, a parfait ('perfect' in French) is made up of alternating layers of frozen custard or ice cream and fresh fruit/sauce/syrup, then topped with whipped cream. Now, parfait is commonly used to describe a layered dessert served in a tall glass. Anything such as pudding, yogurt, mousse or gelatin can be used as ingredients for the layering.

I am using Gippsland Dairy's "Toffee & Honeycomb Twist" yogurt and Arnold's Farm's "Full o' Fruit" toasted muesli for my parfait. It is very easy to make and you can 'assemble' this dessert ahead to free up time to do other things when your guests are around.

Hesitate no more! Go make some gorgeous and refreshing parfait that is sure to impress your guests!
