Sesame Almond Florentine

I've always been using the recipe here and here to make Almond Crisps. This year,  I am using florentine premix bought from Phoon Huat to make this wonderfully addictive snack.

This snack is super easy to make. Just mix, spread, bake and voila, it's done! What greets you is the absolutely fabulous aroma coming from the oven.

Try it, you'll definitely love it!

Sesame Almond Florentine

Ingredients:
100g almond slices
30g white sesame seeds, toasted
90g florentine premix

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

2. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking tray.

3. Bake in preheated oven at 160C for about 14 minutes or until desired brownness is achieved.

4. Remove from oven and let cool on a cooling rack.

5. Once cooled, break up the cookies by snapping into smaller pieces and keep in an airtight container. (If you prefer to have uniformly cut cookies, you can cut the cookies while still hot.)
