Salted Caramel Ice-Cream


Now that I've made myself some Salted Caramel Sauce, what better way to use it than to make some Salted Caramel Ice-Cream!!

The beauty of homemade ice-cream - you get to decide the ingredients and amount of sweetness to your desserts. What are you waiting for? Go make a tub of this to indulge in! :)

Salted Caramel Ice-Cream

Ingredients:
300ml heavy cream
4 tbspn salted caramel sauce
2 tbspn condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Handful of pretzel, roughly broken up
Handful of walnut, roughly chopped (can also add pecans)
Handful of chocolate chips
Some salted caramel sauce for drizzling




Method:
1. Place heavy cream, salted caramel sauce, condensed milk and vanilla extract in a blender and give a good blitz.




2. Pour the mixture into your ice-cream mould/container and mix in the pretzel, walnut and chocolate chips.



3. Swirl in some salted caramel sauce.



4. Chill in freezer for at least 6 hours.
