Moo Moo Chocolate Snowskin Mooncake
I've finally found time to make some snowskin mooncake for this year's mid autumn festival. I made a duo-coloured snowskin and thought it looked like moo-moo cows. Used store bought chocolate lotus paste and snowskin premix flour from Phoon Huat this time round.

Chempedak Magic Custard Cake
I just realised I've not published this bake done sometime ago...
I was attracted to the fragrance of these 'Durian Chempedak' while doing my grocery shopping. I've never included chempedak in my bake and I thought...why not give it a try?!

Kaya Pancake
After making a batch of Homemade Kaya, I made use of this jam spread on my usual Peanut Pancake recipe and ended up with Kaya Pancake for breakfast.
