I've added some matcha powder to these melt-in-the-mouth Copycat Jenny's Butter Cookies that I've tried out here and then sprinkled some thousands & thousands to make these lovely Mistletoe Butter Cookies for gifting.

Nestum Cookies

 

A fellow shopper at Phoon Huat told me told me about the Nestum Cookies she baked and even shared with me her recipe sometime back. I hadn't gone to baking a batch myself because I did not write down the recipe then. Recently several bakers shared their Nestum Cookies bakes and I didn't hesitate to buy a packet of Nestum cereal as I know it it time to try out a batch myself. 

Fudgy Brownies

 

I baked a tray of fudgy brownie a few weeks back after the passing of my aunt. She had a big influence over my interest in baking as I used to watch her bake when I was much younger. 

I'll always remember how my cousins and I would be her 'helpers' whenever it was time to make Lunar New Year goodies. We were most happy to 'lap up' any broken pieces of cookies then. :) 

Chilled Beancurd in a Tart

I made some chilled soy tarts again. This time, I am using another another Tart recipe while keeping the beancurd recipe. They didn't disappoint. These soya tarts are delicious!

Cranberry Cheese Wool Roll Bread

I'm jumping onto the bandwagon to make Wool Roll Bread that has been trending. It gets its name 'Wool Roll' because it is rolled up like ball of wool. Lol!!
