Then you can either adjust by reducing the milk. This bread can be...Hi Liz, thanks for dropping by. <br />This bread can be kneaded by hand or using a mixer, though I've not attempted it and have always kneaded my bread dough using my breadmaker. I'm afraid I do not have the exact instructions to advise, but reading from books and bread recipes, you will knead your dough until window pane stage. Then cover your dough in a plastic wrap and proof the dough for about an hour or until the dough double in volume. Thereafter, on a slightly floured surface, punch down the dough and divide into 3 portions.
